Free Shipping

We ship all products free to the contiguous 48 USA states with some exceptions. 

The processing time begins from the date you place your order. It usually takes 5-7 business days to process your order. Once we've processed it, we can ship it.

Order Confirmation:

Once your order is placed, you will promptly receive an order confirmation email. This email serves as acknowledgment that we have received your order in our system and are preparing to process the order.

Order Shipment & Tracking:

Once we process and charge your credit card, your order will ship within 5-7 business days from the date you placed your order. We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provided when checking out, this will include a tracking number and a link to track your order. For shipping inquiries, tracking requests, missing parts, or shipping damage claims, please reach out to us at sales@avidhealthandwellness.com.

Can I change my address?

Yes, if you need to change your shipping address we can do this if your order has not yet dispatched. Please contact us within 24 hours and we can do this for you.

Where We Ship:

We ship all products free to the contiguous 48 USA states with some exceptions. At this time we don’t ship outside of the USA. Order cut off time is 6pm EST for orders to be processed that day.

How We Ship:

Small items will be shipped by courier (FedEx UPS). Once your shipment is with the delivery company, address changes or specific delivery dates cannot be accommodated. We will provide tracking information for you to monitor the ETA of your order. We will also advocate on your behalf with the shipping company if necessary.

Large items are shipped via freight. Tracking information reflects the ETA to the shipper's local depot (warehouse). A delivery appointment is typically required for the final delivery, and your presence and signature are necessary. Freight deliveries are usually left at the curb, and it is your responsibility to move the shipment to its final location.

Delivery Appointments:

Once your package reaches your local station, the freight carrier will call the phone number you provided when you placed your order to schedule a delivery appointment. It is your responsibility to coordinate the appointment. Failure to schedule may result in additional storage fees. Communicate any property access concerns when setting the delivery appointment.

Be home during the delivery time window and provide your signature. The delivery will be made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment will be left at the curb.

Damages & Issues:

Inspect your shipment for missing or damaged items upon arrival. Please take photos of any potential damages as this will help with a damage claim. Report any issues within 24 hours of delivery by contacting us at 877-592-2843 or sales@avidhealthandwellness.com.
