Return and Refund Policy

 

Returns

At Avid Health and Wellness, we are committed to delivering exceptional customer service, backed by a user-friendly refund policy. To ensure a smooth experience, we provide detailed information on cancellations, refunds, and returns. Please review the following terms for a comprehensive understanding.

We have a 30 day return policy meaning you have 30 days from receiving your order to request a return. If you wish to return your order please contact us within 30 days and we will provide you instructions on how and where to return your order. 

You the customer are responsible for the return shipping cost when returning an item. Unless the item arrives defective, damaged or incorrect, we will then cover this for you.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded within 7 to 10 business days on your original payment method. We cannot refund shipping costs. Please remember it can take time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Do you charge a restocking fee?

Yes, we charge a 25% restocking fee on all items if you are returning your order.

Return conditions

All items returned must be in their original packaging, unused and in new condition. Items with obvious signs of use or any item not in its original condition that is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error will be deemed non-returnable. Also, any returned item more than 30 days after the delivery date will be considered non-returnable.

Damages

If your item arrives damaged, document the damage upon delivery, and notify us within 24 hours with photos and descriptions to sales@avidhealthandwellness.com. We will assist in processing a claim and getting a replacement sent out to you.

Do you provide a return shipping label?

If you are returning because of customer remorse, you are responsible for the return shipping. If you are returning because of defective, damaged or incorrect items we will provide you with a free return shipping label.

Late / missing refunds

Recheck your bank account if you haven’t received a refund.

Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please use contact us at the top of the page or email us. We will reply within 24 hours of hearing from you.

Exchanges

We only accept exchanges for damaged or incorrect items. If you need to exchange an item, please contact us and we will provide you with instructions on how to do this.

Where can I return my order?

All orders must be returned by mail. We do not offer in store returns.

Can I change my shipping address?

Yes, if you need to change your shipping address we can do this if your order has not yet dispatched. Please contact us within 24 hours and we can do this for you.

Cancellations

Feel free to cancel your order at no cost before it is shipped, contact us within 24 hours of placing your order via email at sales@avidhealthandwellness.com or call +1 877-592-2843 to initiate the cancellation process.
